Banks and Chunghwa Post that concurrently operate the business under Subparagraph 2, Paragraph 1 of Article 4 herein shall set aside reserves from the stored value funds in accordance with the Banking Act or other relevant laws or regulations; the stored value funds are insured subjects under the Deposit Insurance Act.

銀行及中華郵政股份有限公司兼營第四條第一項第二款業務所收受之儲值款項，應依銀行法或其他相關法令提列準備金，且為存款保險條例所稱之存款保險標的。
