Implementation Rules for the Internal Audit and Internal Control System of Specialized Electronic Payment Institutions Article 42
The Implementation Rules shall enter into force on July 1, 2021.The amendment of the Implementation Rules shall be implemented starting from the date of promulgation, except for Article 27, amended and promulgated on March 19, 2025, which shall be implemented starting from January 1, 2026.
