The Act Governing Bills Finance Business Article 46
A Bill House shall immediately evaluate and implement reform measures when so ordered by the Competent Authority. Measures which have been or are about to be implemented shall be reported to a directors meeting.At the meeting referred to in the preceding paragraph the supervisors should be informed of the measures so ordered to be implemented.The preceding two articles and the preceding two paragraphs [of this article] shall apply to the institutions referred to in Article 7, Paragraph 1, of this Act.

票券商對於主管機關對其缺失所為之處分或命其改善事項，應即研提具體改善措施，並將已執行情形或預計執行事項，提報董事會。
前項會議應通知監察人列席，並責其追蹤考核。
前二條及前二項規定，於第七條第一項之機構準用之。
