Article 10 and Article 11 shall apply mutatis mutandis to an offshore securities branch.The preceding article shall apply mutatis mutandis to an offshore securities branch if it handles the asset allocation prescribed in Article 22-4, paragraph 1, subparagraph 6 of the Act.

第十條及第十一條之規定於國際證券業務分公司準用之。
前條規定於國際證券業務分公司辦理本條例第二十二條之四第一項第六款之資產配置時準用之。
