Regulations Governing Investments in Real Estate by Commercial Banks Article 7
For real estate investments not under Article 75 of the Act, including real estate taken over or assumed by a bankwithout paying compensation, and real estate paid off to offset debts owed by the Japanese and assumed by a bank prior to the amendment of the Act on July 4, 1975, as well as real estate newly acquired by a bank without input of funds due to participation in anurban renewal project, a bank may continue to hold such real estate.

銀行於六十四年七月四日本法修正前無償接收、承受或原承受抵償日產債務之不動產，參與未挹注資金之都市更新而新增取得之不動產，非屬本法第七十五條所稱之不動產投資，銀行得繼續持有該取得之不動產。
