Regulations Governing Investments in Real Estate by Commercial Banks Article 6
For real estate invested by a bank prior to the amendment of Article 75 of the Act on November 1, 2000 or real estate invested by an institution prior to the aforementioned amendment date and acquired by a bank through mergerof the institution, the bank may maintain the existing use of the real estate. However the real estate shall be counted toward the limit on realestateinvestmentprovided in Paragraph 3, Article 75 of the Act by its purpose of use.

銀行於八十九年十一月一日本法第七十五條修正前投資之不動產，或取得合併消滅機構於前揭修法日前投資之不動產，得繼續維持原使用狀態。
