Enforcement Rules of the Trust Enterprise Act Article 6
The business activities that trust enterprises are permitted to engage in as set out in the subparagraphs of Article 16 of the Act shall be classified as follows according to the method by which the trust assets are managed and allocated:1.Individually managed trust: means a trustee enters into a trust agreement with an individual trustor, and manages and allocates the trust assets of the trustor individually.2.Collectively managed trust: means a trustee collectively manages and allocates, as stipulated in a trust agreement, trust assets from different trust deeds but of the same investment scope or nature.

本法第十六條各款所定信託業經營之業務項目，依信託財產之管理運用方法，分類如下：
一、單獨管理運用之信託：指受託人與個別委託人訂定信託契約，並單獨管理運用其信託財產。
二、集合管理運用之信託：指受託人依信託契約之約定，將不同信託行為之信託財產，依其投資運用範圍或性質相同之部分，集合管理運用。
