Trust Enterprise Act Article 52

In the event of a violation of Article 9, paragraph 2, the person(s) responsible for the violation shall be punished by imprisonment for not more than one year, detention, and/or a fine of not more than Three Million New Taiwan Dollars (NT$3,000,000).In the event that a political party or other political organization violates Article 9, paragraph 3, the person(s) responsible for the violation shall be punished by imprisonment for not more than one year, detention, and/or a fine of up to Three Million New Taiwan Dollars (NT$3,000,000).
