Trust Enterprise Act Article 28
A trustor may entrust a trust enterprise to manage and operate trust funds together with other trustors’ funds.Regulations for the aforesaid management and operation shall be as prescribed by the Competent Authority.

委託人得依契約之約定，委託信託業將其所信託之資金與其他委託人之信託資金集合管理及運用。
