Regulations Governing the Qualifications and Election/Appointment of Membership Representatives, Directors, Supervisors and Managerial Officers of Credit Cooperatives Article 50
The dismissal of the president and vice president of a credit cooperative during their term of office must be consented by at last two thirds of all incumbent directors.
