Regulations Governing the Qualifications and Election/Appointment of Membership Representatives, Directors, Supervisors and Managerial Officers of Credit Cooperatives Article 49
The appointment of the president and vice president of a credit cooperative shall be recommended by at least two directors and consented by a majority of the board of directors.
