The Credit Cooperatives Act Of The Republic Of China Article 9
The accommodation and redeposit of credit cooperatives' surplus funds shall be administered by the Central Bank or by such other organization as it may designate, in such manner as the Bank may determine, after consultation with the Central Competent Authority. The rules for such administration shall be made by the Bank.The receipt and custody of the deposit reserves of credit cooperatives shall be administered by the Central Bank or by such other financial institution as it may designate.

信用合作社資金之融通，餘裕資金之轉存，由中央銀行洽商中央主管機關，由中央銀行或其指定之機構辦理，其辦法由中央銀行定之。
