The Credit Cooperatives Act Of The Republic Of China Article 41
Every director, supervisor, managerial officer, or staff member of a credit cooperative who concurrently holds another position in violation of Article 17 shall be punished with a fine not less than one hundred and fifty thousand and not exceeding one million and eight hundred thousand New Taiwan Dollars.Where the position concurrently held, as referred to in the preceding paragraph, is assigned by the credit cooperative, the cooperative shall be subject to the punishment.

信用合作社理事、監事、經理人或職員違反第十七條規定兼職者，處新臺幣十五萬元以上一百八十萬元以下罰鍰，並予解任。
前項兼職係經信用合作社指派者，受罰人為信用合作社。
