The Credit Cooperatives Act Of The Republic Of China Article 16-1
Expenses for the directors, supervisors, and member representatives shall not be allocated except for expenses of study and research, honorarium, transportation allowance for member representatives, and expenses designated by the Central Competent Authority.The standards of the expense allocations prescribed in the preceding paragraph shall be established by the National Federation of Credit Co-operatives R.O.C. and reported to the Central Competent Authority for approval.

信用合作社理事、監事及社員代表之費用支給，除理事、監事考察研習費、公費與社員代表車馬費及中央主管機關指定之費用項目外，不得發給。
前項費用支給標準，由中華民國信用合作社聯合社擬訂，報請中央主管機關核定。
