Regulations Governing Subsidy of Interest on Debt Extension of Disaster-affected Residents Article 9
If an affected resident passes away during the debt extension period and the legal relationship of the extension of debt is inherited by the heir(s) of the affected resident, the financial institution may continue to apply for interest subsidy under these Regulations.
