Regulations Governing Subsidy of Interest on Debt Extension of Disaster-affected Residents Article 5
For undertaking the subsidy program under these Regulations, the FinancialSupervisory Commission (hereafter FSC) and the Ministry of Agriculture (hereafter MOA) may respectively appoint or designate a managing bank to manage the subsidy program.
