Regulations Governing Receivership of Banking Institutions Article 2
The Banking institutions as referred in the Regulations shall mean banks, credit cooperatives and bills finance companies.Upon the beginning or termination of the receivership over a banking institution by the competent authority, the authority shall advise the concerned domestic or foreign agencies/institutions about the fact of the said receivership beginning or termination, make public announcement on its own website and, if necessary, notify in advance the foreign financial authority concerned.

本辦法所稱金融機構，係指銀行、信用合作社及票券金融公司。
主管機關依法派員接管或終止接管金融機構時，應將接管或終止接管之事實通知國內外有關機關（構），並刊登於主管機關之網站。
必要時得事先通知國外金融主管機關。
