Financial Asset Securitization Act Article 46
The Trustee’s duties to the beneficiaries under the SPT contract shall not be released without a resolution of the beneficiaries' meeting unless there is a violation of laws or regulations.The resolution of the beneficiaries' meeting described in the preceding paragraph requires a quorum of beneficiaries holding at least one-half of all voting rights and shall be adopted by two-thirds of all votes present.

受託機構依特殊目的信託契約之約定，對受益人所負之責任，除其有違反法令者外，應經受益人會議決議，始得解除。
