Where the SPT contract provides for a certain type of beneficial interest having no Principal Holding, the alteration of the SPT contract pursuant to Article 43, paragraph 1 hereof shall be subject to the approval by a resolution adopted in a meeting of that certain type of beneficiaries.The provisions governing the beneficiaries' meetings in Section 3 shall apply mutatis mutandis to the meetings of certain types of beneficiaries described in the preceding paragraph.

特殊目的信託契約之受益權種類有不具本金持分者，其依第四十三條第一項規定為特殊目的信託契約之變更時，並應經該特定種類受益人會議之決議。
