Beneficiaries with three (3) percent or more of the total Principal Holding may request, in writing, that the Trust Supervisor exercise his/her rights for the common interest of the beneficiaries.The Trust Supervisor shall not refuse the request in the preceding paragraph unless the exercise of such rights would damage the execution of the SPT or the common interest of the beneficiaries or there are other legitimate reasons.

持有本金持分總數百分之三以上之受益人，得為受益人之共同利益事項，以書面請求信託監察人行使其權利。
信託監察人對於前項之請求，除該權利之行使有礙特殊目的信託事務之執行，有損害受益人之共同利益，或有其他正當事由者外，不得拒絕。
