Act for the Establishment and Administration of the Financial Restructuring Fund Article 11

The Fund shall make public the names of customers of a distressed financial institution with a bad debt exceeding 1 million NT dollars for a transaction before taking actions pursuant to the preceding paragraph.The competent authority should make the public information in the preceding paragraph widely known on the Internet or by other appropriate means.
