Regulations Governing Centralized Securities Depository Enterprises Article 27
No director, supervisor, or employee of a CSDE shall simultaneously hold in any form any position or honorary position of a participant. Such restriction shall not apply to a participant which by virtue of its investment in the CSDE causes any of its directors, supervisors, or managerial officers to serve simultaneously as a director, supervisor or managerial officer of a CSDE.

證券集中保管事業之董事、監察人或受僱人不得以任何方式擔任參加人之任何兼職或名譽職位。
