Self-regulatory rules for the provision of robo-advisor services, and any amendments thereto, shall be drafted by the SITCA and reported to the FSC for approval.A provider of robo-advisor services shall adopt an internal control system or internal management system, and implement it, in accordance with the self-regulatory rules under the preceding paragraph.
