Regulations Governing the Conduct of Discretionary Investment Business by Securities Investment Trust Enterprises and Securities Investment Consulting Enterprises Article 42-1
If application documents submitted pursuant to these Regulations or any matters to be recorded therein are incomplete and the FSC requires that they be supplemented within a prescribed period of time, then upon failure to supplement the information within the time limit, or where the FSC deems it necessary in order to protect the public interest, the FSC may reject the application.
