Regulations Governing the Conduct of Discretionary Investment Business by Securities Investment Trust Enterprises and Securities Investment Consulting Enterprises Article 31
A SITE or a SICE that conducts discretionary investment business shall submit a summary of operating statistics to the FSC on a regular basis in accordance with FSC regulations.The format of the summary of operating statistics referred to in the preceding paragraph shall be prescribed by the SITCA.
