Regulations Governing the Public Offering of Securities Investment Trust Funds by Securities Investment Trust Enterprises Article 14

Where any of the following circumstances exist regarding a SITE registration to publicly offer, or make a follow-on offering of, a securities investment trust fund, the FSC may suspend the effectiveness of its registration:1. The filing is not submitted in full or does not furnish all the required particulars.2. Any of the circumstances under Article 6 herein have arisen.3. The FSC believes suspension is needed to protect the public interest.
