Regulations Governing Information to be Published in Private Placement Memoranda by Securities Investment Trust Enterprises When Privately Offering Securities Investment Trust Funds Article 8
These Regulations shall enter into force from the date of issuance, except for Article 7 amended and issued on 27 July 2012, which shall enter into force from the fiscal year of 2013.
