Securities Investment Trust and Consulting Act Article 76
A promoter of a securities investment trust enterprise may not, within one year from the date of the company's incorporation, concurrently serve as a promoter of another securities investment trust enterprise.A promoter of a securities investment trust enterprise who has served as a promoter in accordance with the qualifications set forth under Article 74 may not serve as a promoter of any other securities investment trust enterprise within three years from the date of issuance of the business license of that securities investment trust enterprise by the Competent Authority.

證券投資信託事業之發起人自公司設立之日起一年內，不得兼為其他證券投資信託事業之發起人。
曾依第七十四條所定資格擔任證券投資信託事業之發起人者，自主管機關核發該證券投資信託事業營業執照之日起三年內，不得再擔任其他證券投資信託事業之發起人。
