Securities Investment Trust and Consulting Act Article 75
The total combined shares held by a single securities investment trust enterprise shareholder other than one meeting the qualification requirements in the preceding article, related parties of the shareholder, and any other persons under whose name the shareholder holds shares, may not exceed 25 percent of the total issued shares of the company.The scope of related parties referred to in the preceding paragraph shall be prescribed by the Competent Authority.

證券投資信託事業之股東，除符合前條資格條件者外，每一股東與其關係人及股東利用他人名義持有股份合計，不得超過該公司已發行股份總數百分之二十五。
