Securities Investment Trust and Consulting Act Article 58
The provisions of Article 17 shall apply mutatis mutandis to investment decisions that a securities investment trust enterprise or securities investment consulting enterprise makes to utilize discretionary investment assets.A securities investment trust enterprise or securities investment consulting enterprise utilizing discretionary investment assets shall diversify its investments; the Competent Authority shall prescribe the investment target diversification rate.
