Securities Investment Trust and Consulting Act Article 43
The procedures for amending the securities investment trust contract are as follows:1.For a publicly offered securities investment trust fund, approval shall be obtained from the Competent Authority; the securities investment trust enterprise shall publicly announce the content within two days after approval has been obtained.2.For a privately offered securities investment trust fund, a report shall be filed with the Competent Authority within five days after the amendment.

證券投資信託契約之變更程序如下：
一、募集證券投資信託基金者，應報經主管機關核准；經核准後，證券投資信託事業應於二日內公告其內容。
二、私募證券投資信託基金者，應於變更後五日內向主管機關申報。
