Securities Investment Trust and Consulting Act Article 42
The Competent Authority shall prescribe regulations governing the time limits for convening, procedures, resolution methods, meeting protocol, and other compliance requirements with respect to beneficiaries' meetings.The Competent Authority, if it deems it necessary to protect the public interest or the rights or interests of beneficiaries, may amend, by an order, the provisions of the securities investment trust contract regarding the quorum requirements, voting requirements, and resolution method for the meeting of beneficiaries as provided in the securities investment trust contract.

受益人會議召開之期限、程序、決議方法、會議規範及其他應遵行事項之準則，由主管機關定之。
證券投資信託契約有關受益人會議出席權數、表決權數及決議方式之規定，主管機關基於保護公益或受益人權益，認有必要時，得以命令變更之。
