Regulations Governing Stock Exchanges Article 42
The assistant associated persons shall not have any conditions specified in Article 54 of the Act and shall have one of the following qualifications:1. Graduate of high school or above.2. Have passed the special examination which is lower than the ordinary examination.

證券交易所僱用助理業務人員，除不得有本法第五十四條所定各款之情事外，應具備左列資格之一：
