Regulations Governing Offshore Funds Article 44
In handling the purchase, redemption, or switch of offshore funds, the master agent and sub-distributor shall comply with the stipulated cut-off time for processing orders for such matters.In handling the matters referred to in the preceding paragraph, unless it can prove that the investor submitted the order before the cut-off time, the master agent or sub-distributor may not arbitrarily diverge therefrom.

總代理人及銷售機構應依所定之受理截止時間，辦理境外基金申購、買回或轉換事宜。
總代理人及銷售機構辦理前項業務，除能證明投資人係於受理截止時間前提出申請者外，不得任意更改。
