Regulations Governing Offshore Funds Article 21
If a sub-distributor ceases to handle the business of offering and selling offshore funds, it shall immediately notify the master agent.After ceasing to handle the business referred to in the preceding paragraph, the sub-distributor shall assist investors in handling subsequent redemption, switch, or other relevant matters relating to the offshore funds until another offshore fund sub-distributor takes over the business.

銷售機構終止辦理境外基金之募集及銷售業務者，應即通知總代理人。
銷售機構終止辦理前項業務後，於轉由其他境外基金銷售機構辦理前，應協助投資人辦理後續境外基金之買回、轉換或其他相關事宜。
