Regulations Governing Offshore Funds Article 20
A sub-distributor shall handle the following matters:1. Deliver relevant information such as investor information summaries and Chinese translations of prospectuses to investors;2. Assist in the resolution of investor disputes and handle matters related to the protection of the rights and interests of investors and all notification matters, in events where the sub-distributor is not at fault;3. Other matters as provided by law, regulations, or FSC provisions.

銷售機構應辦理下列事項：
一、交付投資人須知及公開說明書中譯本等相關資訊予投資人。
二、就不可歸責銷售機構之情事，協助投資人紛爭處理與辦理投資人權益保護事宜及一切通知事項。
三、其他依法令或本會規定應辦理之事項。
