Certified Public Accountant Act Article 54

(Convening of CPA Association General Assemblies and NFCPAA General Congress)The provincial and municipal CPA associations shall each convene a general assembly once per year, and may as necessary convene extraordinary assemblies. An extraordinary assembly shall be convened upon the request of one-fifth or more of the members, or when the board of supervisors issues a letter of convocation.The NFCPAA shall convene a general congress once every two years, and may as necessary convene extraordinary general congresses.

省（市）會計師公會每年召開會員大會一次，必要時得召開臨時大會。
如經會員五分之一以上之請求或監事會函請召集時，應召開臨時大會。
全國聯合會每二年召開代表大會一次，必要時得召開臨時代表大會。
會員（會員代表）不能親自出席會員（會員代表）大會者，得以書面委託其他會員（會員代表）代理，且每一會員（會員代表）以受一人委託為限。
委託出席人數，不得超過該次會議親自出席人數之三分之一。
超過時，有效委託代理出席人數名單，以受委託人簽到或報到之先後順序計算，但章程另有規定者，從其規定。
