Regulations Governing Managed Futures Enterprises Article 63
Given any of the following circumstances on the part of the responsible person or an associated person of a managed futures enterprise, the Competent Authority will issue an award or a commendation:1. Having contributed efforts and achieved notable results in establishing the fundamental order of the futures market.2. Having published research that has been adopted as a creative contribution to developing the futures market or carrying out related operations.3. Having informed authorities of illegal activities in the market which were thereafter confirmed.4. Having made other contributions worthy of note.

期貨經理事業之負責人或業務員，有下列情事之一者，由主管機關予以獎勵或表揚：
一、為建立期貨市場制度貢獻心力，具有顯著績效。
二、研究著述，對發展期貨市場或執行期貨業務具有創意並經採行。
三、舉發市場不法違規事項，經查明屬實。
四、其他有足資表揚之事蹟。
