Regulations for the Administration of Futures Industry Associations Article 11
Within three months from the close of each fiscal year, a futures industry association shall report to this Commission the annual business report and the final statement of revenues/expenditures, cash disbursement statement, balance sheet, list of assets, and fund receipt/disbursement statement audited and attested by certified public accountants, approved by the board of directors, and recognized by the board of supervisors.

期貨業商業同業公會應於每會計年度終了後三個月內，向本會申報年度工作報告及經會計師查核簽證、理事會通過及監事會承認之收支決算表、現金出納表、資產負債表、財產目錄及基金收支表。
