Regulations Governing Futures Commission Merchants Article 56-8
Within 3 months from the date of approval by the FSC, a futures commission merchant that invests in a foreign enterprise shall file for approval or recordation with the Ministry of Economic Affairs Investment Commission in accordance with regulations.Where a futures commission merchant fails to file with the Investment Commission in accordance with the preceding paragraph, the FSC may void the original approval.

期貨商投資外國事業，應自本會核准之日起三個月內，依規定向經濟部投資審議委員會申請核准或備查。
期貨商未依前項規定辦理者，本會得廢止原核准之事項。
