Regulations Governing the Operation of Securities Introducing Broker Business by Futures Commission Merchants Article 22
By the tenth day of each month, a securities introducing broker shall submit to the TWSE or GTSM a statement of the business volume in the preceding month.The forms for the monthly statements referred to in the preceding paragraph, and any amendments thereto, shall be respectively prescribed by the TWSE and the GTSM and filed with the competent authority for recordation.

證券交易輔助人應於每月十日以前，向證券交易所或證券櫃檯買賣中心申報上月份業務量月報表。
前項月報表，其格式由證券交易所及證券櫃檯買賣中心分別擬訂，申報主管機關備查；其修正時亦同。
