Regulations Governing Futures Trust Funds Article 11-2

If any of the following circumstances exists regarding a futures trust enterprise's registration to make a follow-on offering of a futures trust fund, the competent authority may suspend the effectiveness of its registration:1.The registration filing documents are incomplete or do not furnish all the required information.2.Any event under Article 14 occurs.3.The competent authority considers suspension necessary to protect the public interest.
