Regulations Governing Futures Trust Enterprises Article 8
A futures trust enterprise shall report to the competent authority for prior approval under any of the following circumstances:1. Change of company name.2. Amendment of the articles of incorporation.3. Suspension, resumption, or termination of business.4. Dissolution or merger.5. Transfer of all or any major portion of its business or property.6. Receiving transfer of all or any major portion of the business or property of another entity.7. Change in capitalization.8. Change in the place of business of the enterprise or that of a branch unit.9. Any other matters that the competent authority requires to be approved.

期貨信託事業有下列情事之ㄧ者，應先報主管機關核准：
一、變更公司名稱。
二、變更公司章程。
三、停業、復業或終止營業。
四、解散或合併。
五、讓與全部或主要部分之營業或財產。
六、受讓他人全部或主要部分之營業或財產。
七、變更資本額。
八、變更公司或分支機構營業處所。
九、其他經主管機關規定應經核准之事項。
