Futures Trading Act Article 73
A futures commission merchant shall not accept a discretionary authorization to decide the category, quantity, or price of futures trades on behalf of the futures trader. Nonetheless, if done in compliance with the provisions set out by the Competent Authority, this restriction shall not apply.A futures commission merchant shall not engage in any unnecessary trade on behalf of a futures trader. The same shall apply to futures commission merchants with discretionary authorization under the preceding paragraph.

期貨商不得接受全權委託代為決定種類、數量、價格之期貨交易。
但符合主管機關規定者，不在此限。
期貨商不得為期貨交易人進行非必要之交易。
