Futures Trading Act Article 17
In any of the following events, the Competent Authority may withdraw the permission granted to a futures exchange:1. The application for the establishment or the license contained any misrepresentation.2. The futures exchange fails to commence business operations within three months after receiving its license or, after commencing business operations, suspends operation for a continuous period of three months or longer. This restriction will not apply, however, if the futures exchange, for good cause shown, applies for and obtains approval from the Competent Authority for an extension.

期貨交易所有下列情事之一者，主管機關得撤銷其許可：
一、設立或許可證照之申請事項有虛偽情事者。
二、自受領許可證照後，於三個月內未開始營業，或雖已開業而自行停止營業連續三個月以上者。
但有正當理由申請主管機關核准延長者，不在此限。
