Law:: Regulations Governing Futures Exchanges
Chinese:: 期貨交易所管理規則第39條

These Regulations shall enter into force on June 1, 1997.Any amendments hereto shall enter into force from the date on which they are issued, except for Articles 20, 22, and 23 amended and issued on 12 July 2012, which shall enter into force from the fiscal year of 2013.

本規則修正條文，除中華民國一百零一年七月十二日修正發布之第二十條、第二十二條及第二十三條自一百零二會計年度施行外，自發布日施行。
