Regulations Governing Futures Exchanges Article 15
A futures exchange shall prepare and keep in designated locations the information regarding the content of the trading contracts and the finance and business of its members or futures commission merchants for public access.The designated locations referred to in the preceding Paragraph are the head office of the futures exchange, the Chinese National Futures Association, the Securities and Futures Institute, and other institutions or groups designated by the FSC.

期貨交易所應於一定處所備置其所交易之契約規格內容及其會員或期貨商之財務業務資料，以供公眾閱覽。
前項一定處所係指期貨交易所主營業所所在地、中華民國期貨業商業同業公會、財團法人中華民國證券暨期貨市場發展基金會及其他經本會指定之機構團體。
