Law:: Act Governing Relations with Hong Kong and Macau

Any owner, user, captain or pilot of a civil aircraft registered in the Republic of China who violates the terms of permission, or the orders pertaining to the restrictions or prohibitions specified in Article 26, Paragraph 1, of this Act, shall be fined at least NT$1 million but not more than NT$10 million. Furthermore, such civil aircraft may be grounded for a specified period of time, its pertinent certificates canceled or revoked, and the professional licenses of its captain or pilot suspended or revoked.Any owner, user, captain or pilot of a civil aircraft registered in Hong Kong or Macau who violates the terms of permission, or the orders pertaining to the restrictions or prohibitions specified in Article 26, Paragraph 1, of this Act, shall be fined at least NT$1 million but not more than NT$10 million.

在中華民國登記之民用航空器所有人、使用人或機長、駕駛員違反第二十六條第一項之許可或所為限制或禁止之命令者，處新臺幣一百萬元以上一千萬元以下罰鍰，並得處該民用航空器一定期間停航，或註銷、撤銷其有關證書，及停止或撤銷該機長或駕駛員之執業證書。
在香港或澳門登記之民用航空器所有人、使用人或機長、駕駛員違反第二十六條第一項之許可或所為限制或禁止之命令者，處新臺幣一百萬元以上一千萬元以下罰鍰。
