Enforcement Rule of the Privatization of Government-Owned Enterprises Act Article 5
The term "auction sale of assets" as referred to in subparagraph 2, paragraph 1 of Article 6 of the Act shall mean to sell through bidding all or part of the assets of the government-owned enterprises for privatization. Assets include tangible and intangible assets.The auction sale of assets under the preceding paragraph may be agreed to as general assumption of assets.
