Enforcement Rules of Act for Establishment and Administration of Science Parks Article 13
The term "exorbitant selling price" as set forth in Subparagraph 3, Paragraph Two, Article 19 of the Act shall refer to the price offered for sale of an in-park building which, after deducting its depreciable value calculated based on the selling price of a newly constructed building of the same specifications, is 10% higher than the depreciated value of such newly constructed building of the same structure.
